These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NamedHero ("we", "us", "our") at www.namedhero.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Service

NamedHero creates personalized AI-generated children's books delivered as digital PDF files. Each book is uniquely generated based on the information you provide (child's name, age, and other details).

2. Digital Product

All products sold by NamedHero are digital downloads. No physical product is shipped. Your personalized book will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout, typically within a few minutes of your purchase.

3. Placing an Order

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• The information you have provided (name, age, etc.) is accurate
• You are authorized to use the payment method provided

4. Delivery

Your book is generated and sent to your email automatically after payment is confirmed. Delivery typically takes 2–5 minutes. If you do not receive your book within 15 minutes, please contact us at support@namedhero.com.

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses or email spam filters.

5. Intellectual Property

The personalized book delivered to you is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may print it and share it as a gift. You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the book commercially
• Claim authorship or ownership of the generated content
• Use the book or its contents for any commercial purpose without our written permission

NamedHero retains ownership of the platform, design, and generation system.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use NamedHero to create content that is:

• Offensive, hateful, or discriminatory
• Harmful to children or any person
• Fraudulent or misleading
• In violation of any applicable law

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate these guidelines.

7. AI-Generated Content

Books are created using artificial intelligence. While we strive for high quality, AI-generated stories and images may occasionally contain imperfections. We make no guarantee that the content will be exactly as imagined. If you are unsatisfied, please see our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NamedHero is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith between you and NamedHero.
