Refund Policy

We want every child to feel like a hero. If something went wrong with your order, we will make it right.

1. Digital Product Policy

All NamedHero products are digital downloads (PDF books) generated specifically for your order. Because each book is created uniquely and delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once the book has been successfully generated and delivered.

2. When We Will Issue a Full Refund

You are entitled to a full refund if:

Your book was never delivered to your email and we are unable to resend it
A technical error caused your book to be unreadable or corrupted
You were charged but your book was never generated due to a system error
You were charged twice for the same order

3. When We Will Offer a Replacement

If you are unhappy with the quality of your book (story, images, or layout), we will generate a new version free of charge. Simply contact us within 7 days of your purchase with:

Your order email address
A description of the issue

We want you to be happy with the book, and we will do our best to fix any issues.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

You provided incorrect information (wrong name, age, etc.) — we can regenerate at our discretion
You changed your mind after the book was successfully generated and delivered
You dislike the AI-generated art style in general (this is clearly described on our website)

If you believe there has been an unauthorized charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will resolve genuine issues promptly.
